Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions about consultations, treatment selection and what this website does and does not do.
Do I need a consultation before any weight-loss injection?
Yes, for every treatment listed on this website. A licensed clinician has to review your medical history, current medicines and overall suitability before anything is recommended. There is no route here that skips that assessment.
How is treatment suitability assessed?
Through a clinical assessment: your medical and family history, every medicine and supplement you take, relevant measurements and, where indicated, baseline investigations. What you have already tried and what you are hoping for are part of it too. It cannot be done by an online questionnaire.
What is the difference between prescription injections and localized injections?
Prescription treatments such as tirzepatide and semaglutide act systemically on appetite and metabolic signalling and are used within a supervised plan. Localized treatments address a small, specific area or support an existing plan — they do not affect body weight or appetite, and they are not an alternative to medical weight management.
Can I select more than one treatment to discuss?
Yes. Add as many as you would like to talk about and send them as a single consultation request. Selecting several does not mean several will be recommended — a clinician will discuss which, if any, are appropriate for you.
What happens after I submit the booking form?
Your request reaches the clinical team, who contact you using your preferred method to arrange an assessment. Submitting the form does not confirm treatment suitability, create a prescription or confirm an appointment.
Can I buy weight-loss injections through this website?
No. This website does not sell, supply or dispense medicines, and it is not a pharmacy. Prescription treatments require assessment by a licensed prescriber, and any prescription follows that assessment.
Why does this website not publish expected weight-loss figures?
Because no honest figure exists in advance of assessing an individual. Results vary, and publishing a number, a timescale or a promise of permanence would be misleading medical advertising regardless of how common that practice is.
Is my information used for anything other than the consultation?
Your details are used to contact you about your request and to prepare the consultation. The form collects no medical history — that is gathered by a clinician in an appropriate clinical setting, not through a public web form.
Can I have my consultation in Arabic?
Yes. The site, the consultation and follow-up are available in English and Arabic, and you can indicate your preferred contact method when you submit a request.
What if a clinician decides no treatment is suitable for me?
That is a legitimate and reasonably common outcome, and it is part of what a proper assessment is for. The clinician will explain the reasoning and discuss alternatives, which may include approaches that do not involve an injection at all.
Do you provide urgent medical advice?
No. This website is not monitored for medical emergencies and does not provide diagnosis or urgent advice. If you feel unwell or have urgent symptoms, contact a doctor or your local emergency service immediately.
Still have a question?
If your question is not answered here, send a consultation request or message the clinic directly and someone will get back to you.
Talk to a clinician before you decide
Send a consultation request and a member of the clinical team will contact you to discuss whether any of these treatments is appropriate for you.
