How It Works
A clear account of what happens between your first enquiry and an agreed plan — and what has to be true before any treatment is recommended.
From first enquiry to a personalized plan
Choose treatments of interest
Browse the catalogue and add anything you would like to discuss. This creates a shortlist, not an order.
Submit consultation details
Share your name, email and mobile number. No medical history is collected through this website.
Complete clinical assessment
A licensed clinician reviews your history, current medicines and relevant measurements to determine suitability.
Receive a personalized plan
If treatment is appropriate, you receive a plan with realistic expectations, possible side effects and follow-up.

What the clinical assessment covers
The assessment is where suitability is genuinely determined. It is not a formality and it cannot be replaced by an online questionnaire.
- Your medical history, including conditions that rule certain treatments out entirely
- Every medicine and supplement you currently take, because interactions matter
- Relevant measurements, and baseline investigations where indicated
- What you have already tried, and how it went
- What you are hoping to achieve, and whether that is realistic

After treatment begins
Treatment is reviewed rather than simply continued. Follow-up appointments exist to check tolerance and response, adjust the plan, and stop or change course where that is the right call.
- Scheduled reviews rather than open-ended supply
- Side effects discussed and acted on, not tolerated silently
- The plan adjusted, paused or stopped based on how you respond
- A longer-term plan for nutrition, activity and what happens when treatment ends
What this process will not do
- It will not issue a prescription because a specific medicine was requested.
- It will not promise an amount of weight change, a timescale or a permanent result.
- It will not proceed if a clinician judges that treatment is inappropriate for you.
- It will not collect your medical history through a public web form.
Talk to a clinician before you decide
