What we collect
The consultation form collects your name, email address, mobile number in international format, the treatments you selected, your preferred contact method and optional timing preferences, plus any message you choose to write and the page you submitted from.
What we deliberately do not collect
This website does not collect medical history, current medications, weight, BMI, measurements, photographs or any other clinical information. That information is gathered by a licensed clinician during a consultation, in an appropriate clinical setting — not through a public web form.
How it is used
Your details are used to contact you about your consultation request and to arrange an assessment. Your selected treatments are shared with the clinical team so the consultation can be prepared.
Where it goes
The form submits directly from your browser to the clinic's configured consultation endpoint. That endpoint is responsible for validation, storage, retention and security in line with applicable UAE data protection requirements.
Your choices
You can ask for your request data to be corrected or deleted by contacting the clinic. Treatment selections held in your browser can be cleared at any time from the selections page, and are stored only on your own device.
